Meet Dr. Stacy Ellis
A Psychologist with Depth, Warmth, and Presence
A Psychologist with Depth, Warmth, and Presence
Her work bridges clinical depth, relational insight, experiential learning, and developmental repair, helping individuals, couples, leaders, and groups build greater emotional capacity, connection, and self-understanding.
I am drawn to work that helps people become more honest with themselves, more connected in their relationships, and more fully present in their lives. Across therapy, coaching, consulting, speaking, and immersive workshops, I care about creating spaces that invite depth, clarity, embodiment, and meaningful change. At the heart of this work is a deep respect for the shared threads of our humanity, the longing for connection, healing, truth, and belonging that lives beneath so many different stories.

With more than fifteen years of clinical experience and over a decade of facilitating ongoing groups and immersive programs, Dr. Stacy Ellis works with individuals and couples across the country, including high-functioning couples seeking deeper connection, stronger communication, and more conscious ways of relating.
She also works with leaders, teams, and organizations around communication, relational dynamics, emotional intelligence, embodiment, nervous system health, and group cohesion. Her speaking and teaching experience includes medical, psychological, and educational settings, and she has facilitated workshops internationally for over eight years.
Dr. Ellis is the founder, designer, and lead facilitator of Liberation Workshops, an immersive and expanding body of experiential work offered nationally and internationally. Across all of her work, she brings together psychology, relational insight, experiential learning, and developmental repair in ways that support meaningful and lasting change.

The work I care most about helps people live with greater honesty, presence, connection, and depth, with themselves, with others, and in the lives they are creating.
