Anxiety Management Tools

Talking can change our perception about our stress, but it does not release it from the body. This workshop is a deep dive into understanding how stress works in the body. I will teach you several different types of tools to discharge the stress using evidence based practices. Building a relationship between our body and mind is imperative in managing stress. This will be a small group format to optimize learning.
