- Understand our negative core beliefs about emotions based on our unique programming
- Be able to identify what you are feeling in real time
- Learn tools to productively express emotions
- Learn evidence based tools to work with your emotions
- Emotional regulation tools
- Embodiment tools to make the mind/body connection with emotional states
- Understand the relationship between emotions, the mind, and the body
- Learn was to better experience empathy for other’s emotions
- Learn to hold presence for other’s emotions
