Ali Avalon
Allison (Ali) Avalon, MHS, Ord. is a dynamic and playful force of nature. As a world-renowned meditation teacher, musician, best-selling author and storyteller, facilitator, breathwork practitioner, Hospice Caregiver, and initiated priestess, she devotes her life force energy to alignment, truth, and wholeness. She radiates deep compassion, grounded wisdom, and a timeless child-like innocence. With a background in ecology, a master’s degree in permaculture design and horticultural science, she now tends the inner landscape with the same care as she tended the outer landscape.
Although these various hats she wears may at first seem strangely diverse, ultimately, each is a facet of the same jewel of presence. By resting in stillness and bringing conscious awareness to the breath, we learn to really listen and surrender into the truth of our being. Cultivating this alignment can help us live a more fulfilling and meaningful life, so ultimately, we can rest in peace as we meet death, liberated from fear. For Allison, music, meditation, medicine, movement, and mindfulness are 5 pillars for wellness.
Allison joins the Liberation team as a budding co-facilitator, bringing her rich palette of experience to this powerful training. She knows first-hand that listening to, feeling, and loving our inner child is a fundamental part of living a liberated life.
Briana Cribeyer
Briana Cribeyer is a transformational facilitator, and relationship and intimacy guide. She was raised in the Midwest of the United States by parents who bridged the gap of educational professionals and new age devotees. Fleeing the Midwest, she found wisdom in the mountains and forests of Colorado, New Hampshire, Washington– and living abroad in Japan and throughout South America. In that time, she absorbed the teachings of the elders in the communities, and began to craft her connection back to the mother (earth) and womb medicine through movement, prayer, and shamanic practice.
Beginning her career in social services and education, leading to non-profit management, Briana wove the thread of a desire to serve throughout each step along her path. She sees all of her past career as energy work, supporting individuals and groups to find their own power to heal. With degrees in Sociology, a focus on ‘Race, Culture, Power,’ Sexual Behavior, and a minor in Natural Resources (focused on sustainability). Briana brings humility in leadership and objectivity to retreats, board rooms, corporate offices, private sessions with couples, and family mediating alike.
Briana can most often be felt in her ecstatic joy, grinning ear-to-ear, channeling her inner little girl that loves to jump in puddles, or groove on the dance floor. Her happy place is in facilitation and workshop creation, which have been a constant for the past 15 years.
She believes that deep radical love, coupled with ownership and self-responsibility, will shift the trajectory of humans on the planet.
