This course addresses common themes and pit falls across all relationship dynamics to address the best ways to approach relationships. This course is NOT a process group for couples or couples group therapy.

- How to identify safe people and build safety in relating
- Identifying and asserting boundaries and limits
- How to recognize right relationship with each individual
- How to deepen vulnerability and honesty in relating
- How to stay current in relationships
- How to have a successful relationship with power dynamics involved
- How to have a successful relationship with multiple roles (ie business partner/friend)
- How to manage relationships with difficult people
- How to manage relationships with differing values
- How to identify deal breakers
- How to transition a relationship respectfully
